These transactions went 0-100 in like 0.2 seconds.

Their townhouse had an above asking offer before we even hit the market. So within 24 hours of going active, it was under contract.
Which meant finding a new house had to be done ASAP.
After losing a few offers, we landed on this gem. Negotiations went wonderfully - they even got a BRAND NEW septic tank installed at no cost to them.

And to top it off, we were able to get them a free rent back to actually move their stuff. Because buying, and selling, and moving, on the same day was pretty much impossible. Especially with 3 dogs, a cat, and a chinchilla.

They’re happy, and so am I 🥹
(And relieved, that was 2+ hours each way!)

Within 24 hours of being on market it’s already under contract.

This is the best problem to have. Now to find my sellers their new home in a month 😳 no pressure

The sweetest family got to close on the home they will be raising their babies in. AND their first time home buyers. AND they’re friends 🥹

THIS is why I do this “job.” Getting to celebrate and support folks doing the hard stuff to make home ownership possible is exhilarating. And when I say these buyers made it happen, I mean they made it HAPPEN. I’m still so proud of them.

I said it before and I’ll say it again - I do not take any of my clients for granted. I know you have options and I’m so happy you trust me.

Also thankful for an awesome lender who has made 2 loans go smoothly while life has been life-ing for me. I appreciate you so much Lexi!

And so begins a busy April!

These first time homebuyers locked down the PERFECT home to start their new life together in. I still get giddy that this is my job 🥹

I’m beyond thankful that folks trust me to help them with one of the biggest milestones of their life. I’m also so happy I have a job that supports my love language of gift giving because that may be my favorite part.

I’m so happy for these first time homebuyers!
Inspections (and negotiations) went wonderfully and we are trucking right along.
They just might be celebrating their first year of marriage in a new build right over the state line 🤗

And this is my first PA contract, yay me!

In the midst of a very chaotic life season, I was beyond fortunate enough to still support this first time homebuyer. Her patience and kindness (and her mommas) gave them a special place in my heart.

I always tell my buyers - what’s meant to be always works out. And this buyer and home is proof of that.
