2025. What a year.
We became REMAX Hawaii but stayed our same great North Shore office. I helped some awesome people find their island homes. Helped others sell them and move on to other investments. We said goodbye to our Rhode Island home/investment property. Went to Japan for the an epic powder filled snowboard trip. Worked hard but also had a lot of great beach days. And the best part, I found out I was pregnant, and gave birth to our sweet Steeley girl who changed our lives for the better forever.
2025- an amazing year I’ll never forget!

Finally getting around to posting some of what I’ve been up to this year!

Just Sold! Super cute condo in scenic and peaceful Makaha Valley. So happy to help my client with the successful sale of her investment property. We were able to get under contract with nearly 20 other units sitting on the market! Knowing the market and showcasing your property are key in this slower market. Congrats to the Buyer and Seller!
