New Blog Post!

Summer on the California Coastside is unlike anywhere else in the Bay Area. While inland cities bake in the heat, Half Moon Bay kids get the ocean, the redwoods, working farms, protected harbors, and miles of open shoreline right outside the front door. For families living here, summer camp is not just childcare. It is an adventure.

But there is something even more special that happens on the Coastside every summer. Kids from different schools, different neighborhoods, and different parts of the coast come together through these programs. The school-year boundaries dissolve.

We're still glowing from our 2nd Annual Client Appreciation Party, and honestly, we don't want it to end.

We took over the whole place for the afternoon, and the turnout completely blew us away. Bounce house, face painting, crafts for the kids, and a private show by CoastTribe () that had everyone on their feet.

The Barn fed us right (as always), and the whole afternoon was pure Coastside fun under the open sky. There's nothing quite like being surrounded by the people who make this work so rewarding.

To every client who came out: thank you. You're the reason we do what we do, and days like this remind us how lucky we are to be part of such an incredible community. Here's to many more.

Today we’re celebrating something truly special at the Half Moon Bay High School Legacy Ceremony: generations of Cougar Pride. 🧡🖤🐾

At Ocean Element Real Estate, so many of our team members are proud HMBHS alumni, and today, they have the honor of walking alongside the next generation of Cougars.

🏈 Mathew Haugen, HMBHS alumni and Legacy, will be participating today with his bonus son, Bryce, graduating senior Class of 2026. With children who have already graduated from HMBHS and another entering his junior year, Cougar Pride runs deep in the Haugen family.

💙 Stephanie, also an HMBHS alumni, will be participating today with her son Riggs.

🐾 Brian Ely, HMBHS alumni, is now raising the next generation of Cougars with a future HMBHS student in the family.

🌊 Alicia Weisbarth and Mark Weisbarth, both proud alumni, are continuing the tradition with their daughter who will one day walk these halls too.

🎓 Joakim Bye, HMBHS alumni, has already watched his children graduate from HMBHS.

💫 Chris Loeswick, another proud Cougar alum, has young kids who will continue the Cougar tradition one day.
