This year has taught me to live a little more in my light and in my peace. And in doing so, I’m finding that what I give to the world has a beautiful way of finding its way back to me tenfold.

Words can’t quite express what it has meant to get to know Sarah and Al. I will forever be grateful that they walked into my life in January and, in such a short time, touched my heart so deeply. They are an incredible example of human kindness, of what it means to truly love and partner with one another, and of how beautifully we can show up for the people around us.

It isn’t about being “rich” in real estate because of these two, but more so its about being infinitely richer in life for having them in mine. ❤️

I wish I could share even a glimpse of this beautiful property and all the magic that comes with it. It has me wanting to stand on the hillside singing “The hills are alive…” in my best Julie Andrews voice—all while the cows sing right back to me. Honestly, I think we make a pretty great duet. 🐄🎶

Unfortunately, an NDA means this is about all I can share, so I’ll leave the rest to the imagination.

Yeah... we did it! 🎉

This custom-built home is such a beautifully designed space. I absolutely love the primary suite on the main level and the soaring vaulted ceilings that give the home such a grand yet welcoming feel. It’s going to be the perfect place for their baby grand... er, I mean them! 🎹😉

My clients’ story with the Coastside actually began years ago when they were raising their family here. (In fact, we first met through our Coastside Mothers Club all those years ago!) Careers eventually took them away, but their love for this community never did.

I’m incredibly grateful they remembered me and reached out to help guide them back home.

As a classical pianist, she dreamed of a space worthy of her piano, while his gaming hobby deserved a room of its own. They wanted a home where they could enjoy the things they love, grow into the next chapter of life, and walk into town whenever they pleased.

Okay... let’s be honest. The walk to Granola’s may have been the feature that sealed the deal. 😄

Here is another one where I feel like it was meant to be.

I don’t usually do transactions this far out of my hood, but for the right person, you go the extra mile (literally).

Her dream was to have a beach house. It was something that was on the radar for her and her late husband, but after losing him a few years back, it quickly became a priority as life is just to darn short!

I am so grateful to have met this strong and amazing woman, and it was an absolute joy being her person through this!

Her search started as far as Watsonville and of course we explored the Half Moon Bay Coastline… but the perfect home appeared on Memorial Day weekend… and after a quick glance to my husband to see if he was up for a drive (as long as I found him a bar and a ball game, he was in) we took the two hour drive north to explore this beach house that was meant to be!

Luckily, there was 1 bar that had 1 ball game on… because we found the house! There is nothing here but peace, beauty and serenity!

I spent my early childhood years growing up on the island of Maui. Which as you can tell, is the name of this street. I entertained myself with this little video… hope you find it funny too. If y’all have ever been on the road to Hana… and drove to Dillon Beach… you may understand the song I paired it with!

So this happened over the last 30 hours

Another 100 mile race! Leona Divide 100! I decided not to take you guys through it blow by blow. Mainly because there is zero Wi-Fi and I really do feel like Julia and I should’ve gone to Boy Scout camp to tackle this.

But she is doing it!

It hasn’t been easy. The nighttime is the hardest. Thank God for her pacers! And her stubbornness to never give up!

And honestly, it’s no joke being an ultra runner and having an autoimmune disease… her body has all sorts of things to say about that!

But she is tackling the last 8 miles and should be crossing to the finish line shortly!

ETA: somewhere around noon

I cherish every minute with this kid… but there’s a reason why I have to constantly work on my nervous system!

This special rancher has been cherished within this family for over 30 years, so saying goodbye is never easy. It’s a bittersweet moment, but one filled with gratitude and excitement for what’s ahead.
