The anchor tenant of 146 Marketplace officially has its name on the building, marking a huge moment not only for Healthy Living, but for the entire development 👏🏼👀After months of watching this space come together from the ground up, seeing that sign on the building makes everything feel that much more real 🥬

A huge shoutout to AJ Sign Company for getting the signage installed and bringing another piece of 146 Marketplace to life!

Gimondo Epoxy & Concrete has been hard at work inside Healthy Living completing the flooring throughout the store. From surface preparation and grinding to the finished floors you see here, their team is helping get the space ready for the thousands of shoppers who will soon walk through these doors 🔨

Before you know it, framing will begin on our first residential buildings 👀

Every day brings new progress at Buildings 4 & 5, the first residential buildings at 146 Marketplace. Together, they will introduce 148 luxury apartments, ranging from thoughtfully designed studios to spacious penthouse residences.

Before long, residents will be calling 146 Marketplace home, with modern apartment living, underground parking, and unmatched access to shopping, dining, and everyday conveniences…all in the heart of the community 🏡

We still have plenty of milestones ahead, and we can’t wait to to show you this rendering become a reality 👏🏼

The brand-new roundabout connecting 146 Marketplace, Route 146, and Cemetery Road is beginning to take shape, marking another major milestone for the development🚦🚘

Designed to improve safety, traffic flow, and accessibility, the roundabout is part of more than $10 million that 146 Marketplace is investing in roadway and pedestrian infrastructure surrounding the project 🚧

These improvements also include new sidewalks, traffic signals, pedestrian crossings, and additional turning lanes. Together, they will create a safer and more efficient experience for the thousands of people who will live, work, shop, and visit 146 Marketplace, while also benefiting the broader community for years to come 👏🏼

We're happy to have Capital Plumbing as a part of 146 Marketplace! 🔧

Capital Plumbing is hard at work installing the plumbing systems that will support the entire development, from future retail spaces like Healthy Living to the residential apartments and community amenities 🤝🏼

While it may not be the first thing people notice, this is one of the most important parts of the project. From commercial plumbing equipment and water systems to the piping behind the walls, every installation helps prepare 146 Marketplace for the thousands of people who will one day visit, shop, dine, and call this community home.

Since 1991, Capital Plumbing has built a reputation for quality workmanship throughout the Capital Region, and we're grateful to have them building our community here at 146 🗜️

It's starting to look like a grocery store 👀🛒

One of the most exciting milestones yet is happening inside Healthy Living. Final fixtures and equipment are being installed throughout Healthy Living, and for the first time, you can truly start to picture what this space will become. Before long, these cases will be stocked with fresh produce, local favorites, prepared foods, wellness products, and so much more…all right here at 146 Marketplace 🍎

Fun fact: These cases will be stocked with foods free from added hormones, antibiotics, artificial fats and trans fats, high-fructose corn syrup, bleached or bromated flour, artificial colors, sweeteners, flavors, and preservatives. 🥬

Every milestone brings us one step closer to opening the doors to our community, and we have a feeling this is going to be well worth the wait 👏🏼

What a difference just under two weeks can make! 🚧

It’s incredible to see how quickly things are coming together at Healthy Living Market. Soon, Halfmoon will be home to a one-of-a-kind destination for fresh, local, and organic groceries, prepared foods, wellness products, and so much more—all right here at 146 Marketplace 🍎

Follow along as we get closer to opening day! We’ll be sharing construction updates, behind-the-scenes looks on-site, and, soon, the official opening date. Trust us... you’re going to want to see what’s coming next.

One of the coolest features at 146 Marketplace is something you won’t even see once it’s finished 👀

A big thank you to Albany Mechanical Services Inc. for installing the radiant snow-melt system beneath the sidewalks. The red tubing is placed before the concrete is poured, allowing warm fluid to circulate beneath the surface during the winter to help melt snow and ice automatically 🧊

In fact, the majority of the sidewalks throughout 146 Marketplace will be heated, creating safer walkways, reducing the need for shoveling and salt, and making it easier for residents and visitors to enjoy the community year-round.

It’s another behind-the-scenes detail that’s helping make 146 Marketplace unlike anything else in the area 👏🏼
