Construction is underway on Buildings 4 and 5, where Northwoods Concrete, Inc. is pouring the underground garage foundations. This phase of work is a critical step in supporting the structures above and advancing site infrastructure as a whole 🏗️

Northwoods Concrete specializes in complex commercial concrete work, including underground and structural systems. Their experience and coordination on pours like these are essential to keeping large-scale projects moving forward.

Major infrastructure progress at 146 Marketplace 🚧

A total of 9 stormwater detention systems made up of 197 underground storm pipes will be installed on site, weighing over 250,000 pounds of steel. These systems play a critical role in managing stormwater, improving drainage, and supporting the site’s long-term infrastructure.
