This condo 🏢 I just sold has a permit violation ❌ (that must be satisfied & corrected) for AC work and the contractor who did the installation job a few years back did many things wrong 🚫 👎🏼 which now need to be corrected.

We’re on a 60 day extension & I negotiated on behalf of my seller that the buyer contributes $3k at closing 👍🏼 ✅

I hired a new reliable AC contractor to remedy to situation (a total replacement is needed to correct) 💰 😞
Part of the city approval process is a sketch of the unit. However the tax records don’t show any sketch of the condo nor does MyCondoPlans(mls feature).
AC contractor said he’s not good at drawing. ✍️ 🤦🏻‍♂️
So what do I do ?? I handle it myself and activate my inner artist (yes I was an A student in art class & drawing was something I enjoyed as a kid)
