Nick Polyushkin is enthusiastic, positive and charismatic, with a solid understanding of real estate and a tremendous passion to help his clients. He specializes in Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade Counties and really loves assisting and supporting his agents and clients with real estate questions. Before starting his real estate career in Florida, Nick worked in Finance and Marketing industries. Nick had lived in Spain, Russia and Finland for few years and enjoys working with international customers. Nick graduated from University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and from University of Miami with Master's degree in Economics. Also Nick studied abroad in Moscow and Madrid. He and his family live at Singer Island. Nick enjoys traveling, outdoor sports and water sports. He has a silver medal in mountain slalom skiing, which he earned in competitions in Austria. Being proactive and being involved in charities and volunteering, Nick is interested in helping people. Also Nick is fluent in Russian and has an extensive international experience.
