This is a call for all residents who wish to enjoy a healthy lifestyle at the Beach Club Spa but have found there are no available standard cardio/fitness classes or have had difficulty trying to use the 'app' which has issues showing accurate information on availability.
For some reason, in the past couple of years, the new management of the spa and the Master association have decided not to make a budget to accommodate for the number of residents in the building. At the admission of the on-duty manager, they even admitted that they do not want to take the phone calls of hundreds of people for the classes because they just cannot accommodate with the current budget.
We need residents to petition in numbers and protest the current levels of the budget for the activities of residents. We don't need them to create more paid classes as we already pay a sizable premium to live here. (Most paid classes have only a handful of people while the provided classes are always at capacity and with a wait list that never gets used). Please send communications to the master office as the spa manager does not have any control over the spa. If you don't speak up then they don't know if we are unhappy. This building after 18 years has done nothing but suffered decline and we need to get it back to the vibrance of a five-star building that it used to be.
