The previous person did not know how to properly join 2 pieces of crown mold on a 90° angle so they got it as close as they could leaving a half inch crack that they caulked in. Unacceptable!

Just completed a large renovation. All floor joists were rotted and the subfloor was falling through. We tore out the flooring and subfloor and installed joists, subfloor, and vinyl plank. We also converted a dining room into a bedroom and remodeled both bathrooms.
