Beth Ann Kingsley's sellers recently closed on 11914 West Carr in Wichita. This home was a one owner home that had been incredible cared for, and the owners were bittersweet about leaving. But they downsized, and the new buyers are newlyweds, just starting out.

Thanks goes out to Goering Hardware Company for last minute repairs!

Well, we are ecstatic to say that Beth Ann Kingsley's sellers closed on their home at 5817 N. Edwards Court in Wichita. This home was soooo pretty with 5 bedrooms, 6 baths, a pool, family rooms and a fantastic kitchen, all located on a lake.

This closing was tough and we are so thankful to Fisher Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc and our other contractors (not on FB) for their help in getting closed.

Our seller is moving back to the country as they realized city living is not for them, and the buyers moved here from out of state.

If we can help you with getting your home sold, let us know. 316-830-2515
