Several months ago, Beth Ann Kingsley's buyers came to her and asked about a home that wasn't on the market. After several phone calls of trying to find the sellers, her buyers looked at the home and wrote a contract on 4291 SW Prairie Creek Road, Benton.

This one was a doozy to get closed and after many repair hurdles, the buyers now live in a 3 bedroom ranch style home on 5 acres.

Beth Ann Kingsley's buyers and Tiara Stephens Shields's sellers just closed on the home at 509 Harvey in Halstead! This 3 bedroom ranch style had lovely wood floors, a family room, and attached and detached garages.

This one took a LOT of help and repair to get to closing, and we are thankful for all of contractors! That includes Goering Hardware Company, JCL Remodeling, Affordable Landscape Care and Irrigation Services , and Cheney Door Company among many others that helped us!
