Just wrapped up another amazing journey with my wonderful clients! 🏡✨
It didn't take too long — and can you believe it’s almost been a full year since we went to see the very first house together? 😁 Time flies!

But honestly, time isn’t what matters most.
What matters is: they found a home that they truly love 💯
And of course, we couldn’t miss out on a good deal either:
✅ Closed the deal at nearly $20,000 below market and appraisal value!
✅ Got the seller to replace the entire roof, and not just any roof — had to be an upgraded one ☺️ (because we weren’t going to settle for basic 3-tab shingles 😄).

Kidding a little — I didn’t do much, just “gently pushed” the seller to throw in a brand new upgraded roof for my clients 😎.
The biggest reward for me?
Seeing them so happy and confident stepping into their new home. 🏠
