Today our teams at and celebrated their hard work. Summer is our busiest time of year turning apartments, doing renovations, and completing big construction projects. We celebrate the completion of installing an elevator, several hallway renovations, and all the day-to-day property management work that helps our residents feel at home. Our company includes cleaners, painters, landscapers, maintenance techs, leasing agents, managers, electricians, plumbers, and more. Fun fact: our construction company was founded in 1917!

When faced with situations like a car buried in snow needing to be dug out, or the necessity to clear away demolition debris from an apartment undergoing renovation, who do you contact? Likewise, as springtime arrives and our garden beds require fresh mulch, who handles this task? The answer is our dedicated full-time landscapers. They are the ones who consistently work through all types of challenging weather conditions to get the job done. Thank you to Peter, Jeff, and Jean-luc for all your work.
