Today our teams at and celebrated their hard work. Summer is our busiest time of year turning apartments, doing renovations, and completing big construction projects. We celebrate the completion of installing an elevator, several hallway renovations, and all the day-to-day property management work that helps our residents feel at home. Our company includes cleaners, painters, landscapers, maintenance techs, leasing agents, managers, electricians, plumbers, and more. Fun fact: our construction company was founded in 1917!

Today our teams at Franklin Communities and celebrated their hard work. Summer is our busiest time of year turning apartments, doing renovations, and completing big construction projects. We celebrate the completion of installing a larger new elevator, completing the building of an elevated pool, solar carport projects, several hallway renovations, and all the day to day property management work that helps our residents feel at home. Franklin Communities employs full-time cleaners, painters, landscapers, maintenance techs, leasing agents, managers, electricians, plumbers,and more. Fun fact- our construction company was founded in 1917!
