In a world of so much negativity it’s nice to see someone go out of their way to say something positive and it’s appreciated. I average 3-4 hours to inspect an average home and some may think that’s too long but that’s just how I do it…..I do my best.

2023 is a big year…….it’s my 25th anniversary of being a home inspector! Don’t let my baby face fool you 😜 and as for my gray hair that’s knowledge! I started off in high school working with my dad who started the business and I never looked back. Shamrock since day one has been family owned and operated and I am the second generation owner. Unlike other companies I do not get involved with anything other than the home inspection itself because that’s what I know best and that’s what I stick to but I do have a nice referral list to help with anything else that is needed. I am beyond blessed to love what I do and all the people I meet. I want to thank all the realtors and clients out there for putting your trust in me and to say I appreciate it is for sure an understatement! To the next 25 years! 🍻🍀

In the end you can work and make a lot of money but is it worth it? This whole corona thing opened my eyes that life's too short and doesn't matter how much money u have it can all be gone or worthless in a moment. Health and family is where it's at and is everything! A poor man can be much more wealthy than a rich man, it's all your perspective. This too shall pass and the best case we all learn and grow from this, I know I have. God Bless all and so look forward to the future! We had a few calls on what we’re doing as far as the coronavirus. Yes we are still opened and have no plans to stop or slow down. Luckily we’re a small family owned business and my wife Lisa answers our phones from home. Before I leave the house I disinfect all my tools, truck, hands etc and do so after and before each additional job. We welcome all clients and realtors to attend the inspection. Having the luck of the Irish and faith on our side helps too 🙂🙏🏻🇺🇸🇮🇪. As my mom taught me growing up, this too shall pass. Prayers to all, stay safe and healthy everyone.
