PROPERTY OWNERS & LANDLORDS:
All rental properties constructed before 1978, which are not exempt, will be required upon their first turnover or BY July 22, 2024 to complete their initial Lead Safe Certification inspection and provide a Lead Paint Certificate to your municipality.
