How it started and how it’s going: We replaced the load bearing walls on the first and second floors of both properties with beams. This will allow us to convert a previously unusable space to a full master bath. Wall framing begins soon!

Doors and rear soffits painted. Front soffits are almost(!) finished. I hate soffit work…
