A year ago, I couldn't have told you exactly where saying "yes" to REAL would lead.

I just knew I wanted more opportunities for my team, more collaboration, more freedom, and more ways to serve our clients.

That decision led to an incredible downtown Hamilton office, new relationships with agents across the Bitterroot Valley, opportunities to host events like the weekly real estate agent tour, and countless conversations with people looking to buy, sell, and invest in Montana.

This past week, we had the privilege of hosting the Bitterroot Valley Board of Realtors agent tour in our office. It was a great reminder that some of the best opportunities in business come from simply showing up, building relationships, and being willing to grow alongside others.

The lesson?

You don't need to see the entire staircase before taking the first step.

Sometimes growth looks a lot like uncertainty.

Sometimes the best opportunities arrive after you make the decision.

Another hero helped 🫶💙

Today I had the honor of helping another retired law enforcement and military buyer find their place here in Montana, and I’m walking away from this one feeling incredibly grateful.

Grateful for repeat clients who continue trusting me enough to send their friends and family my way. That kind of loyalty is never lost on me.

Grateful to work alongside Lisa Dugdale, who was professional, communicative, and steady through every unique twist and turn this transaction threw at us. Deals go a whole lot smoother when everyone checks their emotions at the door and works toward the same goal.

Grateful for a reasonable seller who helped keep things moving forward.

And a big thank you to Dave Krueger with Montana Family Mortgage for being timely, communicative, and dependable from start to finish. Good lenders matter more than most people realize.

Real estate is never a one person show. It takes good people, teamwork, patience, communication, and a whole lot of problem solving behind the scenes to make it all come together.

As someone who came from law enforcement myself, helping fellow service families build their next chapter will always mean something special to me.

Some wear the badge. Some carry the sacrifice forever. 🇺🇸🖤

Today we honor the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice serving their communities in law enforcement.

💙 Peace Officers Memorial Day is a reminder that the badge represents courage, service, sacrifice, and a commitment to protecting others, often at great personal cost.

Before real estate, I wore the badge too, as did many of my family members. So did many of the family members of the AGR team.

Because of that background, so much of my business today is built around serving law enforcement buyers and sellers who value integrity, hard work, loyalty, and community.

It's also why supporting the Homes for Heroes program means so much to me. Homes for Heroes gives back to law enforcement, firefighters, EMS, healthcare workers, military, and teachers through savings and rewards when buying or selling a home.

It's an honor to have Kali Hinrichs on the AGR team as the only H4H affiliate for Ravalli County in Montana.

Today is about remembrance, gratitude, and honoring those who never made it home. Their legacy lives on in the communities they protected and the families they served.
