📢 **Important Announcement Regarding the NAR Lawsuit** 📢

All of the post and comments on this lawsuit involving the National Association of Realtors (NAR). There's been a lot of talk about it lately, so here's a quick summary:

The lawsuit has sparked discussions about real estate commissions, but it's important to know that real estate professionals can still be paid commissions as they always have been. These commissions have always been negotiable and are not set by NAR. Let me also say the only people making money off of this lawsuit are the attorneys.

At NextHome Real Estate Professionals our broker Mitch Crayton has been preparing us for this for over a year. I was shocked when I recently went to a CE conference with agents from across the state that had NO IDEA any of this was even going on… the agent you hire to represent your home and your family needs to be educated and prepared for major changes and thankfully we have been prepared for this for awhile.

So, whether you're buying or selling a home, rest assured that commission structures remain the same, and there's no need to worry about drastic changes in pricing or compensation.
