The Power of Negotiating.
Negotiating is the key to successfully achieving the highest possible price for the sellers and the
lowest price for the buyer. Real estate professionals have to master this skill to be successful in
their career and to inevitably put their client’s best interest first. Ultimately, if a real estate agent is
incapable or weak at negotiating the buyer or seller that he/she is representing will get the shorter
end of the stick during the property deal. With all of this said, depending on the market either the
buyer or the seller will have the upper hand. Simply if it’s a buyer’s market that means there are
many properties for sale and minimal buyers, giving the buyer the upper hand during
negotiations. In a seller’s market the owner can be picky about who they choose to conduct a
property deal with as listings are limited and buyers are plentiful, giving the seller the upper hand. Contact me today!
