Customer Concern!!
This customer called with a concern about losing elevation off the back of his yard. Asked if I could troubleshoot and find his issue.
Upon troubleshooting a few areas, I located drainage piping that had disconnected underneath the surface. This was leading to the erosion of his property.
Discussed the issues and developed a plan of action moving forward with the property owner.
Plan of Action!!
✅️Excavate the area to expose piping and inspect for any further erosion
✅️Remove old piping
✅️Install new pipe and connections
✅️Haul in dirt to backfill
✅️Elevate the property to Customers Request
✅️Install erosion control rolls to help prevent erosion on top of the new dirt surface
✅️Lay pallets of SOD for new grass growth
