Attention Residents:
Effective March 1st, 2024, we will no longer be accepting payments in the office. All payments must be made online on our resident portal or through our “Money Gram BillPay” option. Failure to adhere to the new policy could result in a $25 processing fee. See below the instruction to set up your Portal Account or Money Gram BillPay
Portal Account Instructions:
1. Go to the property website
2. Click on the “Residents” Tab
3. Log In to your resident portal account
4. Select Payment on the left of the screen
5. Select Wallet and click add payment method
MoneyGram Billpay instructions:
1. Log in to the Resident Portal
2. Click “make payment and Select “Money Gram”
3. Copy your first name, last name, account number, and receive code (9817)
4. Go to any MoneyGram BillPay locations. (these are listed for you in this screen)
5. Pay your rent with cash
6. Use the same information to pay each month

5. Paga tu alquiler en efectivo
6. Use la misma información para pagar todos los meses
