He has found that it is extremely important to truly be present, take in every word, and be in the moment as his clients are making decisions. He will educate you on the current market and explain how the selling and/or buying process will work before even showing the first home. He will also be with
you every step of the way, being personally engaged and fully responsive with any updates and/or questions throughout the process. He believes the more knowledge someone possesses going into a situation, the more they are set up for success. His ability to navigate through all different types of situations makes him stand out above the rest. With 10-15 years of customer service experience, Kyle has the personality to make your home buying and/or selling journey smooth, fun and memorable for all parties involved. Born at Rex Hospital in Raleigh, Kyle grew up and has always lived in North Carolina. He is a high school graduate from Bunn, North Carolina and a college graduate from North Carolina Wesleyan College in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Kyle grew up with the joy and love of playing baseball and even pitched in the College World Series in 2006. Being associated with a team taught him the importance of working together to achieve the same goal. North Carolina has been, and will always be “home” to him. In his leisure time, Kyle likes to spend time with his fiancé at their home in Raleigh, going to concerts & ballgames, or at the park with their energetic Labrador Retriever. Also, being an avid sports fan, Kyle enjoys following and watching all the local sports teams in the area.
