What Does This Mean?
While inventory has continued to improve compared to the past few years, well-maintained and properly priced homes are still attracting strong interest. Buyers have more choices than they did a year ago, but desirable homes continue to sell quickly when they’re priced strategically.

For sellers, today’s market rewards preparation more than ever. Professional photography, thoughtful pricing, and a solid marketing strategy can make a significant difference in both the number of showings and the final sales price.

For buyers, the market has become a bit more balanced. With additional inventory available, there’s more opportunity to compare homes and make informed decisions without feeling as rushed as during the peak seller’s market.
