Congratulations to my clients Jacob and Corinne who purchased their first home today in Eldersburg, MD!!

I always say - if it’s meant to be it will be!

They put an offer on this home months ago. At the time, I had other clients who also wanted to submit an offer.

I was transparent with both parties - and submitted what each party was most comfortable with offering. The home had several offers.

My other clients won.

Jacob and Corinne were devastated.

HOWEVER, a couple weeks later, when my clients got cold feet - I was able to get Jacob and Corinne’s original offer accepted, without the seller going back on the market - and going up against additional competition.

It was meant to be, and the right owners got this home💕

I am thrilled to announce that I have decided to make a move!

To be transparent - this was not planned.

I met Bob and Ronna a couple weeks ago and after hearing about their team, the systems and processes they worked hard to put in place, and the overall operation of their team, I knew I wanted to be a part of it!

I'm excited to share in the upcoming weeks, the things I will be able to offer my clients moving forward.
