Was happy to get this one under contract this weekend as the sellers are on a very tight timeline and don't want to end up paying for 2 houses, so they needed it gone fast! Rarely do sellers ever suggest that we list the home for less money, but in this case that is exactly what happened. I was confident though looking at the numbers and comps in the area that we could get a very good price for the home and that it could be done quickly with the right marketing.

3 days on the market, 9 showings, 4 offers and $6,500 above asking price - BOOM!

And despite this being a home on the lower end of the price scale - a promise is a promise. My ONE.FIVE.MAX. program also saved them about $3,000 in commissions taboot. They truly maxed what they could get out of their home!
