I love researching the market in real time to provide the most comprehensive Comparative Analyses and give my buyers the best advice on making an offer on a property they have fallen in love with. I love negotiating; I work as hard as I can to get my sellers the most money as possible for their property and fight for my buyers to get the most bang for their buck. I believe communication is key throughout the entire process, and I will keep both sides of the transaction on the same page at all times. I can't say it enough: COMMUNICATION IS KEY! And most of all I love sitting at the closing table and seeing the sellers be able to move on to new adventures and the buyers move into their new house and make it a home.
