We finally made it to Coconut Cove, and it definitely lived up to the hype. From the drinks to the appetizers and entrées, everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully done.

Our favorites:
🥥 Toasted Coconut Old-Fashioned
🍓 Strawberry Driftwood Mojito
🍤 Coconut Shrimp with Ginger Aioli
🍋 Whipped Lemon Ricotta with Lemon Zest, Honey, EVOO & Crostini (don’t skip this one 🤍)
🍍 Island Rice Bowl
🥩 Filet Mignon with Garlic Mash, Grilled Asparagus & Bordelaise

We were so full we had to pass on dessert… which just means we’ll have to make another trip soon. 😉
