While originally from Wilmington Delaware, Christina’s family ties run strong in Southeastern NC and she considers Surf City her hometown, having grown up there after relocating in the early '90s. Christina spent her formative years helping her family run their restaurant and vacation rentals on Topsail Island, and she simply fell in love with the coast, as well as the deep appreciation the local

residents have for the sea and its blessings. After graduating from Topsail High School, Christina attended UNCW, and in 2005 jumped into Real Estate Sales, mentoring under top producing Realtors. Christina quickly found her place in the industry by coupling her business & tech background with her sales experience, and over the next 20 years she specialized in building and scaling real estate firms and top-ranked sales groups from Northern Virginia, to South Florida, and finally to the Wilmington DE & Philadelphia market. Christina feels extremely fortunate to have worked with highly ethical and professional real estate agents who not only openly shared the foundation of good business, but embodied what it truly means to represent a client's best interests. She pays that forward by also sharing her knowledge without reservation, and focuses on serving her clients and community with a sincere heart. In 2022 Christina returned to the area to rejoin her immediate family, who have continued to make Southeastern NC their home; she currently resides in Sneads Ferry with her bully pup, Vidalia. Christina likes to think of herself as a “Local Yankee,” amidst a group of folks that have long relocated to this area for the unique blend of beach living and true southern culture. She is grateful to spend her time helping others find their place in Coastal North Carolina.
