As many runners will tell you, the competition is mainly against yourself. The version of you that showed up at those previous races. Well today I am so proud to say I beat all of those other 1/2 marathon times. I finally took down my 47 year old self. She was a fierce competitor but I captured a new PR. Here’s to continuing to get better with age🥂

Tough week in the Wilt house. We had to say goodbye to Zack. He loved riding in the car - anywhere and everywhere, eating all the snacks, napping all afternoon, and long walks with his best pal Trevor. We will miss you old friend 🐾❤️

Beyond proud of this girl! She put in the work - double workouts over the summer, early morning runs, late night runs after work, skipping plans with friends to get enough sleep. She didn’t complain but embraced the challenge. It paid off - a 19:48 PR! Big thank you to her coaches for everything they do to support her dream🩵💙
