Hello All,

Just wanted to let you all know that a sprinkler pipe burst late last night at Beverly's Condominiums and the Fire Department was called to the complex. The pipe was looked at by Gobbi Corporation and was taken out and will be replaced on Sunday. The most important issue is to get the sprinkler system back up and running for all of our safety.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask.

Hello All,

I hope that everyone had a Happy Easter and enjoyed the beautiful day yesterday despite the social distancing.

It's now less then 3 months before the annual meeting that is scheduled for Saturday, June 6, 2020. We have much to discuss at the meeting and I am hoping that everyone will be present this year like it was last... I have decided to run for re-election as a Board member for 2020 into the 2021 year and I am hoping that you will vote for me. Sam Canders who is Unit owner #8, acting Board Member for Ed Hill has also decided to run. Please let me know if anyone else is interested. We will be voting for 3 positions: President, Treasurer and Secretary. Please reply to this email if are interested in running and being on the Board.

I will be candid and admit that the last 9 months that we have self managed our complex has had its challenges. My being the President as well as the acting Treasurer, has been very time consuming. But being the contact person for multiple real estate agents and Loan officers in Mortgage companies was almost overwhelming when I first started. Thank Goodness for Ed Hill and Steve Pellitier, who had faith in me that I could do this as well as every single one of you who made me realize that I could succeed. This year's quarterly alarm inspections, yearly sprinkler and fire inspections and the summer maintenance will be a breeze compared to what we had to undergo last year with the major repair work that was needed with the sprinkler system. I appreciate all your help and faith in my ability to have gotten this completed. Thank you again!!

Currently Sam Canders and I have spoken on the telephone and we both agreed that we need to start hiring someone to undergo the beautification of the building to get rid of the rust on the posts and repair and paint both them as well as the railings. We strongly believe that repairing and maintaining our complex will increase our property values which will ultimately cause our condominium complex to be a great investment for us all.

I have the very sad news in telling you that Ed Hill, Unit 13 owner at Beverly's Condominiums has passed away. His knowledge and help was instrumental in helping us become a self managed unit. He was a board member and also has been the Treasurer at Beverly's Condos in the past. I liked and admired Ed very much. He will be sorely missed.

Good morning Beverly Condos owners and renters. The yellow light that was continually flashing has now been corrected. Thanks so much for bringing it to my attention. After making a few calls, I found out that the problem was just a faulty phone line.
