Real estate doesn’t always happen during business hours… and apparently it doesn’t always happen in business attire either. 😂

After showing a home Saturday afternoon, Jill’s client knew it was the one. With an offer deadline approaching, an offer was quickly written and submitted.

A couple of hours later, just as Jill was heading to a late ’80s/early ’90s themed birthday party, the call came in—a quick negotiation, a counteroffer, and signatures were needed.

So back to the office she went… dressed like this. 😂

Most importantly, the deal got done and her client got the house! 🏡🎉

Real estate doesn’t always follow a schedule—and sometimes neither does the dress code. 😉

💜 A NEW RESOURCE FOR SAU 21 & SAU 90 FAMILIES 💜

We’re happy to help spread the word about Hope & Hangers, a new resource providing FREE, gently used clothing to K–12 students throughout SAU 21 and SAU 90.

Hope & Hangers was created by Winnacunnet High School senior Zoe Tanida, who has volunteered at the St. Vincent de Paul Clothes Closet in Hampton since her freshman year.

After seeing firsthand that some families may have difficulty getting to the Clothes Closet during open hours—or may simply feel more comfortable requesting help privately—Zoe created another way to connect local students with the clothing they need.

Families can anonymously complete a Clothing Wishlist with their child’s sizes, needs, styles and preferences. Clothing is then personally selected from the Clothes Closet based on the wishlist and arranged for confidential pickup or delivery.

Hope & Hangers is collaborating with Rising Tides, Dress 4 School Success, and the St. Vincent de Paul Clothes Closet in Hampton to serve local students.
