“The Parsonage”. This property had belonged to a local church. It housed the clergy for years until… it didn’t. It hasn’t been occupied for well over a decade and had started to seriously deteriorate. We came to an agreement with the church, found an investor for the property, and got the church a sizable check for something that was sitting there… doing nothing. That money then went to putting an elevator system in the church for handicapped members.
