The Virginia 250 Celebration is underway, and here at The Chamberlin, we truly have a front-row seat to history.

Today, residents experienced the incredible Virginia International Tattoo—a powerful celebration of tradition, music, and service that set the tone for an unforgettable season.

And we’re just getting started.

In June, we’ll honor Flag Day with a special performance by a military brass quartet, followed by a meaningful Juneteenth weekend and the stunning Parade of Sail—right here at Fort Monroe.

Of course, summer wouldn’t be complete without the extraordinary Fourth of July fireworks, presented by VA250 and Fort Monroe—an experience we’re lucky to enjoy just steps from home.
