Greetings! Happy Spring York Crossing Residents

With Spring arriving, this is a friendly reminder that it is time for seasonal exterior “Spring Cleaning” at York Crossing.

Residents are asked to please take time freshen up the outside of your homes, including but not limited to power washing exterior surfaces, cleaning out flower beds, trimming hedges and shrubs, and general yard maintenance.

Your efforts help keep our community looking beautiful and well- maintained for everyone to enjoy!

York Crossing
Homeowners this is a friendly reminder regarding bulk trash disposal and proper trash can storage within the community.

Bulk trash pickup - York Crossing does not automatically pick up bulk trash items. You must contact York County directly to schedule a bulk pickup, there is a fee charged.

Trash can storage-cans should be returned to your unit and stored behind your fence not in front yards or sidewalks within 24 hours after pickup. Trash collection is Thursday.
