Okay, we all check it. 😂

But your Zestimate and what a buyer would actually pay for your house today can be two very different numbers.

Zillow has never walked through your house.
It hasn’t seen your upgrades, your lot, your view, or the house down the street that looked great online but needed $80k worth of work….You get the idea.

Sometimes Zillow is high.
Sometimes it’s low.

There’s a reason I don’t start a pricing conversation by typing your address into a search bar 🤷‍♀️

So yes, check your Zestimate. 👀
Then let’s figure out what your house could really be worth before you start spending equity or getting discouraged .

Be honest, when was the last time you checked your Zestimate? 😅🫶

Lately, I’ve been thinking about how almost every client story starts the same way.
“_______told me to call you.” and even “a friend of mines friend told me to call me”

Not because of an ad.
Not because of a billboard.

Because someone decided to share my name with someone they care about.
That’s something I’ll never get used to!
