Northshore Kauai Real Estate

Allow me to tell you a little about myself and business practice.

- First arrived on island of Kauai in 1951, at age one day old.

- Lived in Kilauea, Haena, Hanalei, then Wainiha ever since.

- Lived the transformation of Kauai’s northshore from then till NOW.

- Official Master Shell Picker for our guests at Hale Hoomaha Motel. (now the site of Hanalei Colony Resort)

- 1957 tsunami

rushed right behind as we drove up Wainiha Powerhouse Road.

- 1958 starred* as extra in the movie South Pacific. (on set location Bali Hai)

- 1959 Hawaii becomes the 50th state in the union.

- Surfed Hanalei Bay when six in the water was a crowd. (also experienced the Aussie surfer invasion)

- Remember horses tied in front of Princeville Ranch Office. (now site Ace Hardware in Princeville Center)

- Entire present day Princeville was pasture lands.

- Bellman at the Hanalei Plantation Hotel in the late 60’s.

- My first real estate licensing class in 1978 at the Coco Palms.

- Owned and operated vacation rental property on the beach in Haena. (across from Mediterranean Gourmet Restaurant)

- Bought and sold investment property in Kilauea and Haena. Reside on lands given to my ancestors by King Kamehameha. I pledge you my Integrity, Honesty, and Loyalty without compromise.
