Katelynn has been deployed serving our country… and somehow also bought a whole house from another continent like it was light work.

Meanwhile, I was here doing what I do for all my long-distance clients:
being her eyes, boots on the ground, attending every appointment, vetting every detail, and making sure this home was the right one — even though she couldn’t be here in person.
Sight-unseen, different time zone, different country… this is the part of my job I LOVE.

She’s almost home, and I cannot WAIT for her to finally meet the home we long-distance co-parented together.
Her house is basically at the window like a golden retriever: “IS SHE HERE YET?!” 😂🇺🇸🔑
