I became a Realtor & Broker when I retired from teaching students of our local Military families at Akers, LNAS Lemoore. I saw their dedication & sacrifices made, preserving our USAmerican freedoms & liberties. I was & remain thankful for our Military & USAmerica! I taught during 9/11 & saw families split up as Dads shipped out. We hugged & prayed together often. We loved! I could love because I learned love from my Godly teachers when I was growing up.

I loved school because I had many great & caring teachers who loved teaching us at Laton to example for me, a future teacher. Changes were made to the textbook editions prior to 2000, but I was on Curriculum Council and saw when my History & Science textbooks were changed out to teaching those subjects through Reading programs, so facts changed to author perspective. Because it was Reading, California History was reduced to Missions and Patty Reed's Doll, but left out the war & treaty that made California a part of the USA. If the Revolutionary War was still taught authentically our students would know the sacrifices made for us to have our rights & responsibilities, and that slavery was already an issue in Revolutionary times. They would know Thomas Jefferson was not an atheist, that he did worship God & wrote a version of the Bible; the original Reading "primers" were Bibles; most if not all of the original 13 state constitutions included recognizing God as Creator Who provided our war win for freedom from England; Christianity as the official religion, & that members of government had to attest to such personal belief. "Separation of Church & State" was not to take Christ out of government or schools - it was to guarantee the government could not take away our choice, assembly, or expression of religion. We were established as a Christian nation, settling in the colonies to escape religious persecution. Students would learn patriotism, America's good. If the Civil War were taught, the students would know why it was fought, who freed the slaves & who continued to keep them in bo***ge.
From where we began to where we are now, ONLY God can fix our students' education, as well as USAmerica government & society, IF we VOTE God back into our government, schools & classrooms & IF IT is His will for USAmerica with His forgiveness of our manifold sins as a country & society, Then... Only God knows our future, as individuals & as a country. Time for a Call to Action of each of us, as in 1776. As you can tell, I am impassioned, I always loved school and still love our country! We Were established as a Christian nation, Biblical principles, not compatible with foreign principles of killing from within, as has happened in Europe. William Federer has some wonderful books about our USAmerican History, National Days of Prayer,Fasting & Humiliation to seek God's will when our country needed God's Providence the most.
