A little glimpse into a day in my life as a Realtor 🏡✨

Started the morning at the office printing marketing materials, then headed to New Kent for a showing. We spotted a cool piano, and something I’ve never come across before… a hole in the crawlspace 🫣

One thing about me: I’m always going to take a peek in the crawlspace when we tour a home. It’s an important part of the home’s foundation, and while I’ll always point out things that catch my attention, I leave the inspection and expert opinions to the professionals.

After that, I was off to Hanover to drop off open house flyers at local businesses before hosting a successful open house. Wrapped up the open house by tidying up, turning off the lights, and calling it a day.

No two days in real estate are ever the same, and that’s one of my favorite parts of the job 🏡✨
