We’re pleased to announce that Tailored Real Estate will be partnering with the Hanover Area Historical Society on the purchase of the former Bank of Hanover building.
This historic 1906 landmark will become the Society’s new museum and headquarters, creating a place where residents and visitors can explore and celebrate Hanover’s rich history for generations to come.
This exciting project was made possible through the incredible generosity of Terrance and Monna Hormel, whose commitment to preserving Hanover’s historic landmarks has helped make this vision a reality.
As part of this collaborative effort, a portion of the property will also be transformed into a vibrant mixed-use space featuring commercial businesses, residential units, and the reopening of public parking—bringing valuable new opportunities and resources to our downtown community.
We are incredibly honored to be part of such a meaningful project and to help preserve one of Hanover’s most iconic buildings while contributing to its next chapter. We’re excited to share this journey with our community and look forward to what’s ahead.
