What you'll do:
🏡 Prepare and review title commitments
📑 Prepare and balance Closing Disclosures
✍️ Prepare closing documents
🤝 Coordinate with lenders, REALTORS®, buyers, and sellers
🔍 Clear title issues and keep files moving efficiently
💰 Assist with escrow, disbursements, and compliance
📞 Provide outstanding communication throughout every transaction

We're looking for someone who has:
✔️ Previous experience in a title company
✔️ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔️ Knowledge of escrow and notary procedures
✔️ Basic accounting skills
✔️ The ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment
