April was a good reminder that slow seasons don’t last forever. 🤍

After spending part of the winter recovering from ear surgery, getting back into the flow of business has felt really good. In April alone, I was able to help 5 clients buy or sell homes, which landed me at #5 in our office out of around 500 agents.

It’s also pretty cool getting to see my name on the board alongside agents like Shannon Casey Realtor, who helped mentor me when I first started at KW.

Very thankful for every client, referral, and person who continues to trust me through all the ups and downs of this business. 🖤

Real estate is more than selling houses ❤️

Last Thursday, Keller Williams offices across the world hit pause on business for RED Day — a company-wide day dedicated to giving back to the communities we serve. Every office shuts down for the day so agents and staff can step away from transactions and spend time making a difference locally.

Over the last several months, Wendey, myself, and our office leadership team have been planning for this day through our Associate Leadership Council Culture Committee. From choosing the organization we wanted to support to coordinating projects for our office, a lot of work happens behind the scenes before RED Day ever arrives.

This year we spent the day at The Nick in Wolfeboro, NH helping tackle projects around the property. We rebuilt picnic tables, pulled weeds, installed a bike rack, and refreshed the dog park and playground with fresh mulch.

By the end of the day, I was tired, extremely wet, sore… and incredibly grateful.

In a business that can move so fast, days like this are a reminder that community matters most ❤️

Today was Keller Williams RED Day ❤️

Over the last several months, Wendey St. Onge, myself, and our office leadership have been working hard behind the scenes planning for today. As part of the Associate Leadership Council, we each serve on different committees, and I’m proud to be part of the Culture Committee — the group responsible for organizing and planning RED Day for our office.

That meant choosing a location, coordinating projects, organizing volunteers, and figuring out how we could truly make an impact together.

This year we partnered with The Nick in Wolfeboro, NH, and spent the day tackling projects all across the property — from pulling weeds, rebuilding picnic tables, installing a bike rack, and re-mulching the dog park and playground.

I am absolutely exhausted… but my heart is so happy.

Days like today remind me that real estate is about so much more than buying and selling homes. It’s about community, connection, and showing up for the places and people around us.

So grateful to be surrounded by people who genuinely care and are willing to roll up their sleeves to give back ❤️

This property was definitely one to remember. From a lot of hard work behind the scenes to plenty of opinions and negative commentary along the way, it also came with fun stories, meaningful conversations, and the opportunity to meet so many new people throughout the process.

Helping coordinate and hold the estate sale at the former ambulance station became such an important additional marketing component and truly helped bring more attention and interest to the property.

I’m incredibly grateful to the Board of Directors for their patience, teamwork, and trust throughout this process. Transactions like this are a reminder that every property has its own story and challenges, but seeing it through to the finish line makes it all worth it.
