Today was the Opening Day ceremonies for the Hanover Soccer Club. I did a FREE raffle for all players & family members. Here are the winners of today's raffle

It cost nothing but a minute of your time to visit and “like” my page and then email me with your name and mailing address. Remember that when you are ready to sell your home that you contact your local realtor (Me) to list it for you. As an agent of
All Ameridream Real Estate you get local personal service with the lowest total commission rates allowed. You pay only 3.5% total commission when you sell your home. The seller's agent will get 1% and the buyer's agent will get 2.5% for a total of only 3.5%. Where else can you get a deal like that ? !

Who is ready to sell their home? The market is hot. Low inventory and low interest rates. Now is the time to sell !
We have a 3.5% commission plan. I only get 1% commission when your home is sold which means you get to keep more of the money. You get full real estate services for about half the cost that is offered by the big agencies.
