I came back to my roots to help out the family business in 2015 and have loved every minute since. I've worked with a wide range of buyers and sellers, from first time home buyers to flippers to vacation homes to million dollar listings. I also manage a handful of rentals in the area and really enjoy flipping houses myself. In my free time I enjoy playing ultimate frisbee or disc golf, outdooring, being out at Goose Pond, and spending time with my wife and daughter.

In my spare time, I coach and play ultimate frisbee. I coach the Dartmouth Men's Team and I coach a team in Boston. For the next few days, I will be in San Diego with my Boston team (Sprocket) competing for the national championship! I'll still be checking e-mails and texts throughout the day, but phone calls will be difficult. Back in the office on Tuesday!

Great closing day today!!! Roger and I were able to sell our project home that we purchased last winter and I helped a good friend buy their first project flip in Claremont!!!

Good morning!!! Happy October. As the the cooler weather rolls in, this generally brings an interesting shift in the market. Inventory typically drops off and sellers are getting worried about sitting with a vacant house all winter long. Something to consider when making offers! Happy house hunting.

Secrets for Sellers: Basements are generally the last place buyers look at before leaving your property. Give them a clean last impression. If you have an unfinished basement, take 30 minutes with a shop vac to take down all the spider webs, mouse droppings, and dust. Organize (or better yet throw out!!!!) those old paint cans. It makes a HUGE difference.

SOLD! We finally found the right buyers for a piece of land we've owned for a few years. We had purchased a property that was in major disrepair, tore it down, and received a variance from the town for a building spot further from the road. So, off with a chainsaw I went and cleared a new building site! Feels good to finally see this property go to someone with some vision and a lovely new home to go on it!

Vacation has officially started today! But as most anyone in real estate knows, there is no real vacation. I’m always reachable and can do most anything from far away! Basically, I’m just getting some different scenery for a little bit!!!!
