Not every sale happens overnight. And not every listing follows the exact timeline we hope for.

43 Andrew Avenue took 60+ days to get under agreement — but we stayed the course.

This home had so much to offer, and I wasn’t ready to give up on finding its buyer. We made adjustments, continued to create exposure, and I organized a Hull broker tour to bring local agents through listings that were still on the market.

Ultimately, we found the right buyer, got it under agreement, and closed just 30 days later. 🔑

Because sometimes the job isn’t just putting a home on the market.

It’s knowing how to keep moving when it doesn’t sell right away.
