Join us at the Vermont State House to support repealing Act 181 — a policy that could have serious impacts on our communities, housing, and local economies. While intended to address development and land use, multiple tiers of Act 181 could make it significantly harder for everyday Vermonters to build, buy, or improve property, adding layers of regulation, delays, and uncertainty to an already challenging housing market.

At a time when Vermont is facing a housing shortage and affordability crisis, we need solutions that support growth, protect property rights, and keep our communities accessible for future generations — not policies that may unintentionally make it harder to live and invest here.
