Things I do as a Realtor that would be completely unhinged in almost any other profession 😂

•Walk into strangers’ houses and immediately start opening doors.
•Text people about their finances after most people are asleep.
•Remember your address, your dog’s name, and probably which kitchen you loved three months ago.
•Drive 45 minutes for a showing that lasts 10.
•Take calls from Target parking lots, soccer fields, side of road, vacation … wherever we happen to be when the deal needs us.
•Become deeply invested in septic systems, crawl spaces, roof ages and whether that suspicious stain is actually old.
•And somehow absorb everyone else’s stress while calmly saying, “Okay, here’s what we’re going to do.”

Real estate is a very normal career. 😂

But honestly…I love the weird parts of this job. Because somewhere between the showings, inspections, negotiations, frantic texts and last minute problems, I get to help people make some pretty big life moves. ❤️

But that’s not necessarily true.

Sometimes, you just have to know where to look. 👀

Right now, there are 11 homes on the market in Whitman under $675K and I highlighted 3 of them here.

There are options. You just might have to expand your search or maybe explore a town you hadn’t considered.

Not every day in real estate is showings and open houses.

Some days it’s sitting in the backyard, working on marketing, researching the market and putting together home evaluations for potential clients.
