This one is especially bittersweet.

This beautiful 1900s home wasn't just meticulously renovated—it was lovingly restored. Every update was thoughtfully done to preserve the character and charm that make older homes so special, and it showed.

More importantly, this home was filled with wonderful people. These sellers have been close family friends for years, so while we're incredibly excited for them as they begin a new chapter, we'll miss them terribly.
