Just under the shadow St Johns bridge, right up against Cathedral park. Well kempt grounds with beautiful flora, excellent HOA, great digs inside.

- lamb Merguez sausage - naan
- sauced w/ toum, red pepper hummus, preserved lemon yougurt with harissa
- charred peppers in sherry and lamb fat from the sausages
- feta

Go get some from the butcher shop or join their sausage club for amazing local craft meats!

Absolutely wonderful “condo” I saw this week. Huge corner lot with an addition on the back of the original house creating two separate homes.

Shared massive lot with mature gardenscape, pizza oven, and watering system. Inside the decor was campy chic with the most interesting book choice to stage in the hall office space.

The opening remarks of Danielewski’s “House of Leaves” states: “This is not for you.”

Well if I had a buyer interested, I might think otherwise!
