Seven years to the day. šŸ”

Seven years ago today, Caitlin and I moved out of our very first home on Sporri Lane in Milwaukie.

Today ā€” exactly seven years later ā€” I went pending with a buyer on an almost identical home on the same street.

There are about 36 detached condo homes in this little community, and somehow I just keep finding my way back here.

Our first home is where a lot of life happened for us. We bought it, lived in it, eventually sold itā€¦ and I never wouldā€™ve guessed that seven years later Iā€™d still be helping people buy and sell homes on the same little street where our own homeownership story started.

And the crazy part?

This will be the fourth home Iā€™ve sold on Sporri Lane.

Real estate has a funny way of bringing things full circle.

From owning a home here, to selling ours, to somehow becoming the guy who keeps ending up working on Sporri Lane. šŸ˜‚
